How can I order the desired products?

You can make an order by adding your chosen item to your basket and clicking the “Checkout” button in the right corner of the page. The page will then take you to the page where you can fill out the required data and conclude your purchase by clicking “Pay”. We recommend you to read our purchase terms before concluding the purchase.

 

Do I need to register before ordering?

You do not have to register to make a purchase on our website, but if you do, you will fill out your purchasing data more easily and save time, be able to keep track of all your purchases and be among the first to be notified of any benefits and promotions. And of course, we will never share your data. 

 

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on the login link. There you will find a forgotten password link. Click on it and you will receive a new password to the email address used for registration.

 

How can I pay for the order?

The noellebrush.com web shop accepts credit card payments. We accept Diners, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments. Please consult our terms of purchase for a more detailed description of the payment procedure.

 

Can I get an business invoice?

Of course you can. Just make sure to add a remark about the R1 and your company data (please remember to state the VAT ID). 

 

How can I make use of the promo code when shopping?

If you have a promo code, enter it in the promo code window when making a purchase. After adding a desired product to your basket, the promo code will be applied automatically and presented as a reduction of the total price of the order. Discount codes do not apply to already discounted products. Only one promo code can be used in one purchase and the same promo code cannot be used for multiple purchases. The promo code terms and availability period are provided during the download process.

 

If I order today, when will I get the products?

Your products will be delivered no later than five business days.

 

Where do you deliver the goods?

We deliver the ordered products in all countries of European Union and the Republic of Serbia.

 

What if I am dissatisfied with the delivered goods?

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods, you may return them within 14 days from the date of receipt (if an order is split into multiple pieces, the deadline will commence on the date of receipt of the last piece), and we will refund you the amount paid. The customer will bear the costs of goods return.

 

How can I return the goods?

If you want to make a return, we kindly ask you to send the unused product with the original packaging and invoice to the following address: • NOELLE d.o.o., Nova Ves 45/1, 10 000 Zagreb • We kindly ask you to send us an email to info@noellebrush.com with the relevant order number. We will refund you the amount paid, depending on the payment method, upon receipt of the undamaged product in the original packaging (in which it was delivered). The customer will bear the costs of goods return. We kindly ask you to read the details in the Purchase Terms.

 

What if the product is defective?

If you want to return a defective product, we kindly ask you to send us an email to info@nollebrush.com stating the problem. We will send you a complaint form that you will need to print, fill out and enclose together with the invoice and the product you want to return. We will agree with the courier service to take the package at our expense. We will inform you about further steps after inspecting the returned goods.

 

Do you sell your products in drugstores?

Yes! All of our products are available in all Bipa stores throughout Croatia, as well as Bipa stores in Austria. You can also find our products in some DM stores in the Republic of Serbia and Romania.

 

Are your products tested on animals?

No, our products are not and will never be tested on animals.
